You will receive 1/8 oz (3.5 grams) of hand dyed cultivated bombyx silk inlily of the valley byDyeing House Gallery. This fiber is excellent to incorporate into nuno felted, wet felted and needle felted projects. It can also be incorporated into handspan yarn for an additional texture.
Ive tried to get as close as possible to the true color of the fiber, but all computer monitors display color differently. Please keep that in mind when placing your order.
A1 Mulberry silk tops (combed sliver). Tops weight: about 15g/m. Tops length: about 7 metres per 100g.

Do you cut yardage into pieces? No. We do NOT cut it into pieces unless you specifically request it. This means if you order more than one yard, you will receive one, long, continuous piece.
What shipping carrier do you use? We ship via the USPS. We are always happy to combine shipping when possible, and will refund shipping overages.
