Texture:This Finest Uniform Wool Twill has a delightfully soft and fine texture very similar to fine worsted suit fabrics. The wool content is noticeable to the touch but not itchy or irritating. It feels super soft and will naturally adjust to the wearers body temperature.

Handle: This fabric is stable both widthwise and lengthwise. With its gentle bias ease, its a reliable all-rounder that handles beautifully and is a pleasure to sew.
